Like many people throughout the United States last weekend, I enjoyed an extended holiday break to celebrate the Fourth of July with my family.

I cleaned the plugs regularly, checked the engine, took it in for yearly maintenance, and crossed my fingers everytime I used it, hoping it would start.

Customer Service: When A Company Does It Right
