Imagine you’re visiting a new website page and it’s taking a long time to load.

When the page finally displays, the content moves or shifts around to accommodate images, promotional banners, and other content on the page.

That’s frustrating, it’s not a good user experience.

When I saw the tweet from Google Developers in late August 2019 about the new #AskChrome video series, I was excited!

Who wouldn’t want an opportunity to ask a question to the Google Chrome team and get it answered live on video?
