Photo of the Week: End of a Rainbow

Heading home from Ypsilanti Township last Thursday evening after a day of scary severe thunderstorms and two confirmed tornadoes in metro Detroit, I looked up to the sky in the east, and saw what I believe was a rainbow.

Quickly took some photos.

Ten seconds later, I could no longer see the lovely prism colors in the sky.

Over 300,000 DTE Energy customers without power along with fallen trees and tree limbs across roads from the thunderstorms, the rainbow was a welcome sight at the end of that day.
