Produced by Knowbility, one of the most respected leaders in accessible information technology, this year’s AccessU conference is a virtual conference on May 13 and May 18-20, 2021.
American Disability Rights Activist Judith (Judy) Heumann, World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Accessibility Evangelist Shawn Lawton Henry, and Center for Civic Design director Whitney Quesenbery are among the many professionals who will be speaking at the event.
Named after the late John Slatin, an early leader in web accessibility who worked at the University of Texas, AccessU 2021 is a four-day virtual training event that teaches accessibility, usability, and inclusive design to everyone who wants to integrate accessibility into their organization.
The event consists of one day of immersive workshops and three days of multi-track training classes.
