Tall Ships in Detroit

Long line of people along the Detroit Riverwalk wait for their tour of tall ships, part of the Sail Detroit Festival. Tall masts of the tall ships can be seen in the background behind the long line of people. White fluffy clouds fill the blue sky behind the people and ship masts, along with an obstructed view of the Detroit River and Windsor, Ontario on the far shore of the river.

When I learned the Tall Ships Challenge would be visiting Detroit, Michigan this month, I was thrilled!

And thought I would go on a tour of a tall ship and possibly a cruise down the Detroit River.
