Finding my way around Detroit’s Eastern Market regular shoppers, scooter riders, lines of vehicles, and tour groups looking at this year’s Murals in the Market was a challenge yesterday.

With cool temperatures, the first day of fall was a busy day at the market!

Photo of the Week: Sailboats Mural at Great Lakes Crossroad in Saginaw

“Wait, can you slow down?” I said to my husband as we drove through downtown Saginaw, Michigan.

“I thought I saw a cool-looking mural on that building, something with boats, at the back of the parking lot.”

Last year, fall took on a different meaning for me beyond enjoying local apple cider, viewing gorgeous falls colors, and gathering the last vegetables from the garden.
