It’s rare to have flowers blooming the last week of November in southeast Michigan.

Cool weather, cloudy skies, and short days make November a month to finish cleaning up the garden in preparation for winter.

Not admiring pretty flowers in our gardens.

Photo of the Week: Chrysler Imperial Hybrid Tea Rose

I suspect this beautiful red Chrysler Imperial rose will be our last hybrid tea rose to bloom in our yard in 2025.

The Chrysler Imperial rose has a citrus scent. It’s an heirloom rose which won the American Rose Society’s James Alexander Gamble Rose Fragrance Award in 1966.
