Remove a Recovery Email Address from an Unknown Google Account
From the email message you received, you’ll find a sentence near the bottom that you received the message because your email account is listed as the recovery email for the unknown Google account.
In the next sentence, you’re given the link to remove your email address from the unknown Google account.
Select that link and you’re asked to confirm removing your account as the recovery email account.

Select the Remove email button and you’ll receive confirmation your email address has been removed.
