Happy Easter!
If you celebrate Easter, I hope you and your family are enjoying a lovely day together. As my son is older, I miss the fun we had when he was younger looking for Easter eggs hidden in the yard.
This year, we’re happy to have family together and enjoy sunshine and blue skies most of the day. And thankfully, no snow or rain.
Easter at Anna Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory

As I discovered after chatting with other visitors about the flowers, visiting the show on Easter is a tradition for many families.
In additional to dozens of Easter Lilies, the show included colorful cyclamens, hydrangeas, gardenias (not yet in bloom), fragrant hyacinths, multi-colored primroses, and stunning orchids.
Here’s a few of the blooms I saw:
If you’ve read my previous post about the conservatory, you know there’s a treasure hunt to find where the staff have hidden King Kong and the dinosuar.
Yes, I found them. And shared the story with another family who didn’t know about the treasure hunt.
