Domain Email Notifications: Hover Does It Right

One of the things I like about using Hover for domain registration is how easy it is to manage email notifications I receive.

They’re one of the few domain registrars I’ve used that make it quick for me to:

  1. Find the section in my account information
  2. Customize the settings

I wish more domain registrars paid as much attention to organizing, structuring, and labeling content in customers’ accounts.

It’s back!

The Plymouth Ice Festival returned to Plymouth, Michigan for their 41st festival this weekend.

I’ve been going to, and introducing my friends, neighbors, and work colleagues, to the festival ever since it first launched.

And for the first time in a while, yesterday’s Arctic cold weather was perfect for the dozens of ice sculpture in front of downtown Plymouth businesses and in Kellogg Park.

Jetpack, Do Better

When I announced my retirement from web design and development, I expected my future blog posts would be about technology, writing, social media, and birding.

Though I still care about them, my days of publishing posts about usability, accessibility, and WordPress were over.

Little did I think a month after my retirement I would once again be writing about WordPress.

Specifically, about the Jetpack plugin.

Yet here I am.

And I’m exasperated and frustrated and decided I needed to vent.
