Did I mention the event is free and captioned?

About Inclusive Design 24

For the past five years, ID24 has offered 24 hours of non-stop talks and discussions about all things inclusive design.

For free.

From this year’s website:

It celebrates inclusive design and shares knowledge and ideas from analogue to digital, from design to development, from planners to practitioners, and everything and everyone in between.

Registration isn’t required. Attend sessions that fit into your schedule.

Can’t make it to one of your favorite sessions? Not a problem.

All the sessions will be recorded and available after the event.

Call for Speakers

Did your latest project provide unexpected insights for inclusive design? Have you implemented a new process for incorporating inclusive design at your company?

Or do you have an inclusive design story to tell or a case study to share?

Here’s your opportunity to share your lessons learned, thoughts, and experiences with others.

Complete the online Google form to submit your talk, with info about yourself, session title, and talk details.

Some details to know about the talks:

  1. Each ID24 talk runs for 40 minutes with a 10-minute Q & A period at the end of each session.
  2. You’ll need Skype and Google Hangouts (they use Google Hangouts via YouTube Live for the sessions)
  3. Avoid live coding and video in your talks

Here’s more information about presenting at ID24 2019.

Wrapping Up

ID24 is a great opportunity for you to give your first (or next) talk about inclusive design and accessibility. Speaker submission deadline is July 14, 2019.

So you have a little over a month to consider what topic you want to present.

Hope you consider submitting your talk!
