The Festival of WordPress, the global WordFest Live event, returns for the fourth time on November 18, 2022.
The free, 24-hour WordFest Live is one of my favorite WordPress events because of the global focus!
WordPress enthusiasts and experts from around the world share their work, knowledge, and experiences with WordPress in a safe, virtual event.
If you’re a
- Designer
- Developer
- Writer/blogger
- Digital marketer
- Product manager
- User experience or accessibility specialist
- Content strategist
or use WordPress for your personal blog, you’ll find helpful resources, advice, and information at WordFest Live.
About WordFest Live 2022
Organized by a group of volunteers, WordFest Live offers 24 hours of non-stop talks and discussions about WordPress, remote working, and mental well-being.
Talks, panel discussions, and wellness talks comprise the sessions to help you develop life and business skills.
Although I didn’t find it highlighted on this year’s event website, in the past, the online social space allowed you to connect openly with other attendees.
The event begins in Australia, moves on to Asia, then to Africa, followed by Europe, stopping in South America, before finishing in North America.
Part of the goal of WordFest Live is to raise funds for Big Orange Heart, a registered United Kingdom charity.
From their website:
To support and promote positive well-being and mental health within remote working communities.
Did I mention the event is 100% free? There is no cost to attendees.
