WordCamp Denver 2020 on June 26-27, 2020

Want to improve your WordPress knowledge or have questions about your WordPress site?

Join me this week for WordCamp Denver 2020, a virtual WordPress conference on Friday, June 26, 2020 and Saturday, June 27, 2020.

The two day online event offers a wealth of WordPress information for the beginner user, blogger, digital communicator, designer, and developer.

All available to you from the comfort of your couch or favorite chair.

And better yet, the conference is free!

All you need to do is register for a free ticket and select the sessions you want to attend.

What You Need to Know

WordCamp Denver 2020 offers three livestreamed tracks on both Friday, June 26, 2020 and Saturday, June 27, 2020:

  1. Beginner
  2. Marketing & Content
  3. Power User & Developer

along with four workshops on Saturday afternoon.

The event kicks off with a yoga class at 2:15pm Mountain Time on Friday, June 26, 2020 followed by opening remarks.

Here’s a time zone converter to find the start time for your time zone.

Last sessions for Friday begin at 6:30pm Mountain Time.

Saturday begins at 8:30am with Brew the Perfect Cup of Coffee followed by sessions at 9:15am.

With three tracks over the two days, you’ll want to review the schedule to decide which sessions to attend.

I’m hoping to attend:

  • How to Map Your Client Onboarding
  • Sustainability & WordPress: Creating Websites with the Environment in Mind
  • Creating a Content Strategy from Scratch In 8 Easy Steps (Workshop)

Summary

Whether you’re just starting to learn about WordPress or you’re a veteran user, WordCamp Denver 2020 offers a great opportunity to extend your knowledge and meet other people who use WordPress.

I recommend WordCamps to all of our West Metro Detroit WordPress and Metro Detroit WordPress meetup members.

If you attend, follow the hashtag #WCDenver for the latest news and updates and conversation from attendees, presenters, and organizers.

I have fond memories of attending WordCamp Denver 2018, the organizers put on a great event! I have no doubt this year’s conference will be outstanding.
