A brightly colored blue, white, yellow, red, and orange mural across two building sides depicts scenes of silhouettes of people playing and enjoying music on one side; on the other side silhouetted adults and children are seen canoeing, walking a dog on trails, and playing in a park.

Visiting the nearby city of Wayne, Michigan this weekend, I was impressed to find a beautiful mural in their downtown, just behind Wayne City Hall.

Welcome to Goudy Park is a recently installed mural dedicated in October 2025.
