Labor Day weekend marks the end of summer and the beginning of the school year in my community. I’m thankful for the cooler weather this week and I know my summer flowers won’t last long before the fall flowers start blooming. Here’s a few more shots of flowers from the garden.

Whenever I attend WordCamps, local WordPress conferences, I always find time to visit the local arboretum or botanical gardens in the city where the WordCamp is held.

Last week during the Fourth of July holiday weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting one of the oldest conservatories in the United States, Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Located in Eden Park, northeast of downtown Cincinnati, the aluminum and glass Art Deco conservatory houses four impressive greenhouses—Palm, Tropical, Desert, and Orchid—which you can stroll at your leisure. Continue reading Photo of the Week: Krohn Conservatory
