The night’s below freezing temperatures combined with Sunday’s morning sun created beautiful crystalline frost on the blades of grass. Celebrating the small things today. You just have to look closely.
Captured this shot earlier this morning of the frost on a small red-leafed plant in our lawn. You can see how the bright morning sunshine has already melted the frost and left dew drops on the tips of the grass.
Last night’s chilly temperatures left a coat of glistening white frost over the landscape, a gorgeous view with the sparkle of the sun’s first morning rays. I love seeing how frost transforms the grass, leaves, and twigs we normally don’t even glance at as we walk by.
