Enjoying the World Showcase at Epcot

It’s hard to believe five days ago I was in short sleeves exploring the World Showcase at Epcot Center, Walt Disney World in Florida. I never tire of seeing the different cultures, dancers, and the amazing landscaping using native plants from each country.

Winter Blooms in Florida

Our trip to Florida brought with it a return to blooming flowers, something we won’t see in Michigan for a few months. One of my favorites is the Bird of Paradise, Strelitzia reginae, which I saw blooming on my early morning walk.
