Cranes Roost Park, located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, surrounds Cranes Roost Lake with a short walking trail where I’ve seen herons, ibis, cormorants, a wide range of ducks, and egrets.
The fountain at the western edge of the park is a favorite spot to escape the sun and eat lunch on the beautifully landscaped grounds and among some lovely sculpture.
A wonderful place to escape the February gray days and doldrums of southeast Michigan.
