Sitting far above the Ohio River, Eden Park in the Mount Adams area is one of the most popular parks in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The impressive view of Kentucky across the river, picnic areas, Cincinnati Art Museum, and beautiful flowers at the Krohn Conservatory attract residents and tourists alike.
One of my favorite places to visit at the park is Twin Lakes, a former quarry. As I cross the footbridge connecting the two lakes, I always keep my eyes open for robins, cardinals, goldfinches, warblers, and woodpeckers in the trees.
It’s a great place to enjoy the solitude of the park and watch for birds.
If you look closely near the bottom of the photo, you’ll see the reflection of the 172-foot Water Tower in the water.
