When I saw the tall, elegant Bearded Iris in bloom in my garden, I was thrilled!
The irises were a gift two years ago from a childhood friend, and now client, when I took on an emergency website project.
I love irises and had some in my garden years ago. Sadly, the iris borer caused major issues and I eventually dug the irises out.
When I planted the irises two years ago, I couldn’t wait to see them in bloom.
But they didn’t bloom last year. And I moved them to a new location last fall.
Based on their blooming this spring, I guess the irises liked their new location!
