Our snapdragons, which were still blooming and producing buds seem none the worse for wear, despite the snow we received this weekend.
While metro Detroit had snow earlier this month, this weekend’s snow showers was the first substantial snow that stuck to the ground and streets.
Our community received around three inches of snow.
When I woke up this morning, it looked like a winter wonderland with glistening white snow on the grass, shrubs, and tree branches.
With the sun out, the icicles have already started to melt.
And the snow has already started melting off the patio pavement and sidewalks.
