Photo of the Week: Lake Erie Metropark Sunset

Imagine a wedge(group) of Trumpeter Swans flying over in their V formation in this colorful southeastern Michigan sky at dusk.

That’s the shot I missed as I quickly let go of my binoculars to try to focus my camera on the swiftly flying birds overhead.

Nonetheless, the orange-gold sunset over the snow-covered golf course at Lake Erie Metropark was a beautiful view to enjoy.

Even without the swans.
