Mark your calendar!

Next Steps for Nature, a free webinar featuring the renowned Dr. Doug Tallamy and hosted by Wild Ones, will be held Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 7:00PM Eastern Daylight Time.

If you’re considering adding native plants to your yard, wondering which ones are native to your area, or how to improve pollinator and bird habitat, this webinar will help guide you on your next steps.

The webinar is free; pre-registration is required.

From the webinar description:

In this talk, Tallamy addresses common concerns about biodiversity, invasive species, native plants, and conservation strategies, providing practical guidance and motivation to restore nature in everyday spaces based on his newest book, How Can I Help? Saving Nature with Your Yard.

What I liked about their online registration form: the option to submit questions to Tallamy before the webinar.

From what I can tell from my confirmation message, there is no need for webinar attendees to use or install any specific application.

Once registered, you’ll receive a link to the watch page.
