We’ll be sharing some of our favorite WordPress news sites for WordPress users, designers, and developers at our March meetup.
And we also hope to share some of the newer features in the latest WordPress releases.
WordPress News: Where To Find It & What’s The Latest?
It can be challenging to stay-up-to-date with WordPress news, especially when you’re busy with publishing posts or working with new customers and projects.
Join us at the March 9th meetup to:
- Learn where to find out the latest about new WordPress releases
- Get introduced to sources for news about plugins, themes, and WordPress development
- Discover sources for upcoming WordPress features
If you know of a source of WordPress news not covered in the presentation, feel free to share!
Meetup Information and Registration
The meetup is Monday, March 9, 2020 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm; pre-registration is required.
We’re meeting at Grand Circus 1570 Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit (directions and map to Grand Circus).
Cost is $5.00. Refreshments and snacks will be available.
As always, we’ll have time to network, troubleshoot WordPress issues, and answer WordPress questions at the end of the meetup.

We have three volunteer roles:
- Greeter: arrive early to greet members when they arrive
- Note taker: take notes during the presentation and post to our blog
- Photographer: shoot photos (with your smartphone or camera) and share them on our Meetup site
