In our family, everyone gets an Easter basket on Easter Sunday. Though small toys and boardbooks no longer fill baskets, we always have lots of goodies.
And something special for each family member.

What I Found Interesting: April 16, 2025
A novel idea for moving over 9,000 books, ibises following their foster human parents on a migration journey from the Alps to Spain, and evidence suggesting how the Egyptian pyramids were really built are a few of the fascinating stories I’ve read and enjoyed over the past month.

Winter wasn’t done with southeast Michigan as a cold front blew through last week, bringing with it almost an inch of snow.
Snow accumulated on rooftops, grass, and evergreens.
But not on streets or sidewalks, where it quickly melted.
