We had a great turnout today at Team Detroit for Rosenfeld Media’s 32 Awesomely Practical UX Tips virtual conference. Hosted by Detroit User Experience, close to 30 people attended, including many newcomers as well as our frequent attendees.
Thank you to Team Detroit for hosting and supporting our event. (Personally, I loved the cookies!) And thank you to Environments for Humans for partnering with Rosenfeld Media to make this event happen for the second year.
We had wonderful conversations during breaks and at lunchtime, discussing the tips, our work, tools, and sharing stories of research methods. Expect to see a future post soon with a recap of the 32 tips.
Darren Hood and Jonathan Devine mentioned several tools during our breaks, and I hope I’ll see them at a future Detroit User Experience workshop or open discussion on tools for prototyping and wireframes.
With the hopes of keeping conversations going, I shared user experience resources and events in our area with attendees. Several people asked me to post the information online, so here it is!
